Youth Challenge International (YCI) designs global development solutions that create the conditions for youth and communities to thrive and prosper. YCI’s programs use creative approaches to equip youth and young professionals with the tools, experience, knowledge and networks to build sustainable livelihoods.
YCI’s livelihoods solutions help catapult youth around the world to succeed and thrive. For nearly 30 years, innovation, youth, equality and sustainability have been at the core of everything we do, driving change globally and creating a better future for all.
Currently, we have global projects in 16 developing countries.
YCI is seeking dynamic individuals to join our Board of Directors. Interested applicants will be experienced professionals who are creative, energetic, and passionate about the global youth development movement. By making a monthly time commitment to YCI, contributing professional services, actively fundraising, and being an envoy for the organization, you will help to shape the next generation of global change makers.
YCI is seeking individuals with expertise in the following fields:
- Fundraising
- Finance – including Social Finance and Alternative Financing
- Entrepreneurship – including Social Entrepreneurship
- Human Capital/Talent Development
