farmTOtable is creating a market featuring local farmers that use sustainable practices. Low-income households in the GTA, particularly those with children, struggle to access affordable, nutritious and sustainable food. The team hopes to subsidize the cost of the food at the market and connect with existing markets to bring healthy food to low-income neighbourhoods. The team also wants to create an educational workbook for children.
