YCI is the only development organization in Canada with an explicit focus on youth in all aspects of our work - we involve Canadian youth volunteers overseas, we develop the skills and abilities of youth in developing countries, and we advocate for youth rights and involvement in development decision making.
We depend on your generous support to continue doing this work. While we are strongly supported by the Canadian International Development Agency and other large government and foundation donors, over half of our funding comes from the general Canadian public.
There are two ways to support YCI – you can support our Canadian volunteers in their individual fundraising efforts on behalf of YCI or you can support specific development projects overseas.
